My rental property was sold and I was given notice to move out by 30 JUN 2021. On 15 JUN 2021, the so-called owner, Patrick Oriyomi came with a so-called inspector ( which I never saw any ID for ) and they inspected the property. The next day, I was emailed (not even given a written notice) that my property was condemned by the city of Hamilton and i had 2 days to move out. With no help from the so-called owner, I moved as much as I could and left the property losing about 80% of my items.
Let's just clarify, the City NEVER came into my house to inspect the property. The FACT is that Oriyomi Real Estate had to notify them to get them to condemn the building. They want to act like 'No it wasn't us that made you move out, it was the City of Hamilton'. Bullshit!!
So I am fully moved out up at Sauble Beach with my brother. He gets a call from Temi Alanamu, in order to propect her privacy I will refer to her as Queen Bitch of the Universe or just The Bitch or Bitch. So the Bitch calls my brother because he was wondering how a paid tenant could be kicked out within 2 days. Well, the Bitch said that I had breached the eviction notice and wasn't suppose to be there. The Bitch completely lied. In fact I had the first notice to leave by 30 JUN 2021, and then the idiots gave me second notice that I had to be out by 31 OCT 2021. I'm not sure if the Bitch still has a job there or if the Bitch is looking for a new one.
I am trying to fight in order to get my JUN's rent and my last months rent. I am now dealing with Lara Williams as the Bitch says she won't stand for abusive behaviour. Again, in order to protect her privacy, I will refer to Lara as Michael .... Micheal Hunt. So I've been emailing Mike Hunt and Mike Hunt sent me a prorated amount for Jun which is really unaccepable since I paid for a full month of JUN and didn't receive a full months rent. Mike Hunt told me to go after the city for the balance since it was them that condemned the property. REMEMBER, to this day I still have NOT received any written notice to this fact. Me thinks that Mike Hunt is a liar! Mike Hunt also server me with a N13 document which states that I must leave the property by 31 OCT 2021. In the terms of this document, I am entitald to ONE months rent for the eviction from the property. As of today, 06 JUL 2021, Mike Hunt is no longer responding to my request for this amount. Is this a company anybody should deal with?
